The Amstelkwartier skyline is taking ever more shape as the Elements residential tower progresses. The structural concrete work is on schedule: the central part of the tower – the so-called “core” – has now reached the 14th floor. The wings of the building are growing with it: on one side work is currently under way on the 9th floor, on the other side already on the 10th floor. Elements is expected to reach its full height at the end of this year.

Façade and solar panels progressing

Closing the façade – installing the façade elements and window frames – has now progressed to the 9th floor. At the same time, assembly has started on the first frames in which the solar panels will be mounted. These frames are important to the sustainable appearance that characterises Elements.

Start of the interior works

Inside the building, the first interior works have begun. Work started on the 5th floor and the interior walls are now being installed on the 6th floor. This means the interior of Elements is also taking ever more shape.
