An elegant tower in the Amstelkwartier
Whichever point you view Elements from, its shape is different every time. The refined contours are attuned to the elements and the surroundings. As a resident you benefit from this to the full: the perspective keeps changing and the view is special everywhere. Through its materials and finish, Elements offers a high standard of sustainability and great living comfort: plenty of daylight, a pleasant indoor climate and a terrace sheltered from the wind. You also have every amenity you need to unwind. At the same time, the heart of Amsterdam is close by. This is where you experience the perfect balance between the feeling of being outdoors and city life.
Shaped by the elements
What began as a vision on the Amstel now stands here. The wind determined the shape, the sun the rhythm and the surroundings the appearance. The contours that once existed only on paper have now become reality.

Unprecedented living comfort
In Elements you live with sun, wind and water. Generous outdoor spaces let you make the most of the sun. On the south side, the subtle overhang of the balconies acts as natural sun shading. The triple glazing keeps heat out in summer and in during winter. In summer, floor cooling contributes to a comfortable indoor climate. Thanks to the innovative, parametric design of Elements, the wind is guided along the building.

Good for you, good for your surroundings
Elements is the new standard in sustainable architecture. Solar panels on the roof and the invisible solar panels built into the balcony edges make the building highly energy efficient. The energy generated is used for things like the lifts and climate control. The building also adds 2300 m2 of green roof and more than 700 m2 of plants to the city. To water the roof garden, courtyard garden and sedum garden, Elements uses collected rainwater. The gardens in and on the building create a pleasant living climate; all the greenery brings cooling on hot days. Also special: the lower levels of the building are partly built in timber, the building material of the future, which delivers a considerable CO2 reduction.
Exclusive extras for residents
Elements welcomes you. Large transparent doors invite you inside. You meet the other residents and the neighbourhood in the café and restaurant space or in one of the coworking spaces. A green staircase with comfortable seating leads to the shared living room of Elements, overlooking the colourful courtyard garden. Want to retreat into nature for a while? The roof garden is a natural oasis of calm. Large trees make you feel as if you are in the middle of a forest. The variety of flowers and plants appeals to people and to many species of birds.
Also in Elements: an indoor swimming pool of its own, exclusively for residents. The tall windows in the pool's lounge area give you an unobstructed view over the Amstel. The pool has showers, toilets and changing rooms.
In Elements you are buying more than just an apartment. Want to know what the homes are like? See Homes for all the details.
