The Amstelkwartier skyline is visibly changing. The first contours of the Elements residential tower can now be seen: at the end of February, construction of the shell began. From the building site the building – which will ultimately be 70 metres high – is steadily rising.
Elements was designed by architect Patrick Koschuch and owes its shape to the natural elements: wind, sun and surroundings. This creates a unique, dynamic appearance that is now increasingly visible on the banks of the Amstel.
Completion from Q2 2026
The first residents are expected to be able to move into their apartments in the first quarter of 2026. In total, Elements will have 70 apartments for sale, including five exclusive Sky Penthouses with living areas of up to 200 m².
Preview of the construction
Curious about the progress? Drive past the building site and see for yourself how Elements is rising. Or watch the drone film, which gives an up-to-date picture of the construction process. You will find it on the project website.
